Light in both tannin and weight, yet explosive in flavor and complexity.  The three varietals were fermented and aged separately, then blended after roughly 16 months in barrel.  30% of the final blend went through extended maceration post-fermentation.

Aromas of black fruit, pepper, gravel, and tarragon are accompanied by a palate echoing black fruit, spice, vanilla, and licorice.

90% French Oak (Neutral); 10% French Oak (2nd Fill).  30% Extended Maceration
