 Fruit forward and in a light style, yet with a rich, full mouthfeel.  Extended maceration after fermentation offers body and varietal complexity.

10% Syrah

o Wallula Gap Vineyard (Horse Heaven Hills)

 Syrah helps to flesh out and anchor the wine, enhancing its mineral and rustic qualities.

Aromas of raspberry, wet gravel, hibiscus, graphite, clay, apricot, and cherry jolly rancher, with just a hint of coffee.

The palate is pillowy soft, with cherry yogurt, marionberry, vanilla, savory herbs, earth, baking spices, minerals, and pastry crust.

45% French Oak (2nd Fill).  55% Free Run juice.  14.9% ABV
