Aged in 2nd Fill French oak, and blended with a bit of Cab Sauv and Cab Franc, to promote tannin complexity, and tertiary development with bottle age.

Aromas of ripe raspberry jam, clay, menthol, and coffee notes.

The palate follows with a refined tender grip, displaying coffee, pine, and echoing with marzipan and candied vanilla.

95% French Oak (2nd Fill).  100% Free Run juice.  14.3% ABV
