100% Syrah

o 100% Wallula Gap Vineyard (Horse Heaven Hills)

Combining multiple fermentations from the same site, and aged in four different barrels, this wine promises complexity within the varietal and vineyard itself.  Aged in 22% New French oak, and 78% 2nd Fill oak with a slight 5% Press run juice in the blend promotes age worthiness.

Aromas of plush purple fruit, red earth, sarsaparilla, smoke, clove, and vanilla.  The palate shows purple/black fruit, white pepper, basalt, leather, graphite, and mineral notes.  A true “slow burner” wine, which will evolve slowly and elegantly after being opened.

22% New French Oak: 78% 2nd Fill French oak.  5% Press run juice.  14.5% ABV
